Would be cool if someone had a child whos name began with an "H" (due to serial number) who was born on 01-01-99.
Not sure what value might be especially because of the condition, but if that was my birthday I might buy it for a few bucks.
Im no expert on values, but in my searches it would be more of a birthday novelty bill.

Schris252 why would you pay $20 for it if it was that particular #?

Quite frankly JimBucks I find your answer insulting.
If you owned it and I am sure your a dealer, you would be asking money for it.
Yes the bill is a birthday serial #, just because it doesn't have value or meaning to you doesn't mean it doesn't to someone else.
I pulled it out of circulation, what ever I get above $1 is profit

No I am not a dealer. And I would spend it. That's my opinion.

i have interest in turn of the millennium items (in particular yr. 2000), so that particular serial number is significant to my collection.
