Most of these were released in Puerto Rico from 1948-1949. The low serial numbers (under 8,012) were likely released in the US in 1933 and tend to be more difficult to come by and more valuable.

You are right jimbucks. These notes were printed for a two month period during April and May of 1933. However, the United States released them here in Puerto Rico during 1948-1949. Yours are gorgeous.
