coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 12/23/2014 10:42 pm Above the lower serif we see marks that are from a damaged punch. Above the devices there is a lot of glare and what I think is machine damaged at the tops of the date and mint mark. Report this Post to the Staff

There should be a spread to show the multiple punchings in order to be a RPM. When the punch get set deeper into the die, the mint mark can look full and is actually taller than the other devices. But I don't see this as a RPM. This one you can actually see the separate punching.
