I disagree. There is even a special grade for Franklins with full bell lines, which means the reverse is studied often.

Add a 1964-P and a 1964-D Kennedy half at the end. That would take you to the end of the 90 pct silver circulation halves.

I have the 1891-1976 silver halves in the Barber, Walker and Franklin Dansco albums. That was fun to put together.
