I was wondering if anyone knew of a coin company that doesn't put a large premium on certified coins? Thanks

What type of certified coins are you looking for? Different companies focus on different types - and run different types of sales / promotions.

The market sets the price for slabbed coins, not the dealers. For a given coin in a given grade there won't be much variation between sellers, excepting the ones who choose to charge far too much.
