It doesn't look like there's much wear, but the photos make it look as if it has very little luster, and there appears to be a bit of damage to the rim at the top of the reverse. Still, it'll serve as a decent first specimen. Perhaps you can post better photos when you have it in hand?

These have the appearance of scans, which will not appropriately depict luster. We'll await the OP's images. I have the impression of a slightly-circulated example, but plenty of room for doubt exists.

MS-60 because of chatter and a rim bump above the second T in states.
