Heavily Toned 1932 Washington Quarter

Its UNC. But I would assign it a details/env damage as its overly toned to that place. Nice looking quarter, I would add it to my set in a second.

I was going to say maybe MS, but don't know much about how the toning affects it regarding a details grade

Guys, how can you POSSIBLY call the piece uncirculated from the photos.
I can make out no detail at all. There could be serious rub on the ear and breast. How do you make out that there is not?
I see SOMETHING on the breast. Maybe it is feathers, maybe not.
I have trouble discerning MS from AU on bright shiny pieces from a photo.
The heavy toning could be hiding an elephant. Right?
