just wondering if I'm missing something been through a lot of these and this MM is way higher then the rest I thought maybe it was cause the date was pushed down ... but I have a few like that and it still wasn't that close to the date .. is there more ?

Mint marks were punched individually into the working dies back then, so it can be anywhere. I don't remember when they stopped this and put the mintmark on the hub.

I am thinking the last year for punched MM was 1989. I am sure that I will be corrected if I am wrong about that.
