My first one of these from the wild.

I see tons on ebay, must be a common quarter error. Still going to end up in the 2x2 folder book. Hopefully my great, great grandchildren will have a nice discussion about it in 3006 .

Good eye..it just about looks like a mini broadstrike but I think a piece of collar die was broken off.
Lets see what the experts say.

It is a partial collar. Note how the rims are uneven. Nice find.

Nice find. Looks like the collar was fine but just tilted so it is a tilted partial collar.
