Rob this most certainly is one of the Baldwin basement coins that Randy Weir purchased years ago. The early 20th century Canada and Nfld was amazing. There were only a few dates 1909 and 1913 NF bronze and silver bits and a neat hoard of 1911 Canada . Those were from the mid to late 1980 s. The ICCS pop report sheds a bit of light on quantities.

Thanks, Jack. Moore was also one of the guys who bought directly from Baldwin.
