I'd grade this F-15.

I'd say F15 but it might pass off as a VF20 because of the decent appearance of the letters in LIBERTY

While I see the obverse as an F15, coupled with the very nicely detailed reverse, I'd have to say VF20. This is a nice example and the surfaces appear original.
