Is this coin in plastic? Its almost like its hazy. Are those marks in front of Lincolns face on the coin or on plastic... I was gonna say MS-66 but it could go lower or higher with better pictures.

A couple small ticks on the reverse and what looks like a small surface blemish under GOD and a slightly weak strike may keep this from a 66 grade. I'm at 65RD. Badthad what are you seeing that would warrant a 63 grade?

MS-65RB, I'm thinking the photo lighting is making the coin more red than what it really is.
