With these coins, grade doesn't really matter. They are bullion coins, they were meant to be a way for the "everyman" to invest in precious metals. The value of these coins were meant to be tied to the price of silver. They have however, also become a cheap and plentiful way for the "everyman" to get into coin collecting.
All that being said, some years command more of a premium far above the spot price of silver. Unless the coin is a MS70 or even perhaps a MS69, the cost of grading will far out weigh any premium commanded by a lesser grade. From your pics, this does not look like a higher grade coin. It is a 1996 though, which is the "key" date in bullion Eagles. So it still should command a good premium
