I was wondering if anybody would be able to tell me what exactly is wrong with this coin. I don't know if it's the double die from that year & the mint tried to polish it off, or if it's just a Cud and a mess. Many thanks in advance

It's a fuzzy picture but it looks like lamination error

Its a Lamination,I sold one close to that one but the lamination went thur the date,sold for over 30 dollars.
