Images are a little small to see what is going on with your coin. It looks like the center on the reverse is thinner? What is it's weight? The discoloration makes me think something has been done to your coin?

I think it was heated up. Most likely PMD. Fire.

Being I am a glass blower. I do know that air from the torch will spread and lift the metal of a coin middle out,I am saying likely fire. Either way most likely PMD of some sort.
