At the LCS I looked at the currency case first and in the case was a fairly high grade Series 1896 $1 Educational note. It was priced at $800 or $900 which was way more than I had with me.

Seeing the design in person makes me want to acquire one by the end of the year.

I would love to have an educational note in high grade. They have such beautiful artwork. If you do end up getting, I am sure everyone would love too see some pictures.

I have one in VF condition and I agree by seeing them in person, they are much more beautiful than seeing one in a photo.
