Hello CoinCommunity. From the village of Panther in northeast Pennsylvania. Just joined the forum. I don't collect coins anymore but I did as a kid in the 70s. I recently pulled them out of a closet and started going through them and will post a question about one of them that I think is a Grease Filled Die error.

Hi everyone!
Newbie here, I'm from Batavia, OH. I have been interested in looking at coins since I was 12 y/o. Back then I called it "looking for weird stuff on coins". My folks would always let me check the pocket change, then I would return them back to them. So, about a year ago my research started and and totally enjoy every minute learning and checking our coins. I'm getting a few coins in their little protective box, started an excel spread sheet describing what I found, coins name, date, etc. then I need to find a coin dealer. But of course I will be posting some picks and looking forward to responses. I take Constructive Criticism very well, LOL

hello I am Tommy Pirk I live in riegelsville PA. I have a decent coin collection so I have many questions about my coins I have many error coins most are circulated probably not worth much but cool either way. I am sort of new to this and have been learning ALOT but it seems the more I learn the harder it gets. Any ways I am please to be a part of this community and thank you for having me. Hello from Greensboro NC. I'm an informal, irregular and spontaneous coin collector. Infrequent buyer although I did once buy a collection from someone who was desperate to liquidate. I'm more into finding valuable free coins / bills. I'm no expert and I'm here to learn and seek help and advice.
