Question cause I can't really see the other side but is there a seam on the otherwise or does it mold to the rest of jefferson

found it roll serching, these guy put away rolls of coins since 1962 and never open Them until He let me do it . He had hundreds of rolls.

This looks like a piece of lamination peel that got struck to your coin during the strike. The reason I think this is that it is not in a straight line (from what I can see in the images provided) like a lamination would show. I would not remove it though. Keep it safe in a 2X2. If you have an accurate scale, it should weight slightly more than a normal nickel.

I keep all of Them in 2x2. I just took Them out for picture taking.

Looks like the "RTY" had a piece of lamination on that area at one time. Wow, it you had it when it was BU, that coin could have been worth a lot of money.
