I'm not a pro grader, but I would guess very fine, mintage 2.2 mil.
value $40.00- $50.00, It may even grade a bit higher.

A grade higher than VF would require a bit more crown detail usually. One of my favorite types.

I would agree with the VF. CCN trends gives a value for that grade of $25.00.

19th and early 20th century Canadian quarters and halves are highly prized and were generally of lower mintage...congrats on your find!
