Depending on the size it's either a farthing or 1/2 penny. Farthing KM#661, 1/2 penny KM#662a, weak strike but looks like vf/xf $60.00.

Can I ask if this is an error or special variety as I can pick these up for much less that £30 and this coin to me is an F... :>/

There is no difference in book value in the two types, though there is a big jump from F @$2.00 to XF@ $55.00.

I'm not sure the book values are too acurate for this type of coin - I have been studying them on ebay.co.uk for a while. F is more like like £3-5 though my book says £8 in other words don't go to the pros for these..XF is listed as £55 for 1807 and £60 for the 1806 though I wouldn't fork out that much for them myself...

I agree book values are just a guide, I wouldn't pay more than a $10 for these coins even in XF condition. I would rather spend that money on silver coins of that era.
