That gash on the chin/cheek will hold it to 63 for me.

I like the other one a bit more. I see a little high point abrasion on this one that also concerns me, although it'll still probably grade MS.

The gouge on the cheek is a dealbreaker for me. These can be had nicer.

Looks like a nice MS63 to me.

If you are worried about authenticity get it weighed very accurately, and comparative ring tone test it against a known genuine silver dollar.
Take it to a specialist in die variations.

Looks quite OK in the pictures to me!

Assume MS-63 or slightly lower because it looks like the seller manipulated these shots to hide chatter.
