I agree with the AU grade, I'd say AU-58. I do see just the slightest wear on the highest points.

From the obverse pic, I would guess around AU-50.

that coin #2 is a 8TF not a 7/8 so you got your pics mixed up

Edit: actually both coins pictured here are 8TF not a 7/8TF

I prefer the first coin. I would give it an MS-60. The second coin definitely dips into the AU-50 range.

well since the first one looks like it could be a VAM-8 (not 100% sure but from the pictures this looks like the best match I can find, would like to see it in hand to be sure) which is a Scarce Variety and in much better condition. And the second one is a VAM-14.1 (Alligator Eye) which is a very common variety and in much worse shape, I would keep the first one

Edit: Please remember I am not saying this is for a fact a VAM-8 because I am just going by the pictures provided and some of the parts I need to see are blurry and can't make out the details needed to be 100% sure. So please don't go trying to sell this coin based on this attribution
