I have this 1967 SD and it has little what looks like little blisters on the lower part of the bust. Is this unusual, it is the first time I have seen this.

Probably a slightly rusted or pitted die.

hardy, the die pits that caused this were unique to that die, your coin would only have them if it was from the same die.
