Here is something I have never seen, a 1969 S Proof Cent Lamination or indent error.

the green on that could only hurt the coin, I am not sure of value but this one should be conserved by a professional( TPG).

Looks like a piece of something above the surface of the coin. You can see the reflection on the surface.

Strike through not a lamination, edges too sharp and surfaces too smooth for lamination.

Light patterns indicate the feature is incuse not raised.
