I found one of these, slightly rainbow toned on the reverse. What would one like this go for? Looks uncirculated? It's housed in a plastic case, can't get it out.

Well I took a hammer to the plastic case and got this one out since the 1951 double die penny didn't turn out. On this one there is still the rainbow tone if you hold the coin at the right angle in the right light only on the backside. Looks like it could possibly uncirculated, any value to this coin?

Better images are imperative. What we see right here could be worth anywhere from $5 to $5000. There is simply no way to tell.

Based on the provided images, it appears to be a lightly circulated coin that has been cleaned(shiny, not lustrous) and then it retoned over time. Formerly cleaned coins can sometimes develop vivid toning because the metal is quite reactive to oxidation after a cleaning. That type of toning has a bit of a different appearance than the slow toning development that occurs on an uncirculated coin.
Rest in Peace

Muted luster is likely from over-dipping. The bell lines are not full so no FBL premium and the toning would not boost the value.
Basically a bullion piece IMO, worth maybe $8-10.

Sorry can't seem to get better pics, but here it is without the plastic case. What is the DDR? So it's lightly circulated, would you guys consider that rainbow toning?

I am seeing severe Rolling Machine Damage on that obverse. Unless I am seeing things, that is silver value even with the reverse toning.

Still an impossible call. Circulated coins which tone are a red flag - toning considered "natural" is rarely found on circulated examples. That said, Franklins seem to tone more easily than some other issues and I'd consider a toned, circulated Franklin before other issues.

Your best bet, if you can't make your equipment provide images of the quality you like, is to register with Heritage Auctions (ha.com). They are the largest numismatic auction house, and registering with them (free, no financial info required) gives you access to their huge archive of past sales with extremely high-resolution imagery. They have over 35,000 Franklins alone.

This is one of the most difficult issues to grade. Professional-quality images are imperative to grade them because the differences between grades are so subtle. So, at this point, better to get you in front of thousands of grading-quality images so you can learn the subtleties of grading these from known-grade examples.
