The 2015 special set will get a lot of hype/attention and will command higher price on secondary market because: 1) 75K mintage (a low number in modern standard) 2) "Mint's First" catch phrase, aka the mintmark and finish of these coins. These sets are not bad, if you send the RP dimes in and get lots of 70's the rest is free silver. They sold great and even back in November the sets were getting great price, even the graded 69 sets which you can now pick for around $80, now it seems like a small flood of sets came up though December.
