It is silver bullion version, so unless it is a MS70 ,which it is not, the grade really doesn't matter. It is BU , brilliant uncirculated. It is worth spot price. If you sell it you could probably get @$25 from someone looking to start or back fill an album. Nice earlier dates are getting a little harder to find.

Color looks a little flat, or is that just the way they are?

Is there some doubling on the 7, or is it normal?
