I've received this as part as my grandmother's heritage and wanted to know what it could worth? I'll never sell it, it's just to have a idea because of the pen marks

No fancy serial number and pretty beat up/ marked. I do not collect paper, maybe it has an important prefix but I say it is worth $100 and to you it is priceless.

Use it as a book mark and smile everything you see it.

No devil's face, certainly no more than Fine condition in my opinion, so face value if for sale. Even if it's Very Fine condition, then $110 value. Worth a lot more to you.
