Went to the Hobby Lobby today. Had planned on getting some 2x2's for halves because I can use those for toonies but they were out so I left.

I went there yesterday and looked at some of their stuff for jewelry making and ran across the rudest lady. I asked her for help and she wouldn't let me get a word in, I finally said flat out... "if you calm down a second I'll tell you, god darn!" and the other customers had a laugh. I heard her a moment later trying to help another customer, that customer was getting frustrated as well. Anyways I saw the coin section and saw how many books and everything else they had. Barnes and noble also has a small section of books for putting in halve's and stuff.

I like HL for their Whitman Classic albums, 40% coupons, and Red Books. I also get tubes and flips there. Otherwise they don't have a whole lot for me in the way of coin supplies.

It's good for some things BUT, Hobby Lobby's Whitman cardboard 2x2's = 35 holders for $3.99 without coupon. Wizard Supply you can get 100 for 2 bux. But, it's up to you.

I got my first Red Book at hobby lobby, along with my Harris + co. Wheat cent albums, that I should replace with a 7103 but never get around to.

I have found the 2x2 mylar flips from Hobby Lobby are full of cardboard dust, and they don't always fold evenly. I go to my local shop for 100 any size $3.00 I know I can get them cheaper, but in a pinch it's quick as they are only 2 blocks from my office.

I have to agree about the cardboard dust in the Whitman 2x2's Hobby Lobby sells. Every package I've ever gotten.

Wizard Supply you can get 100 for 2 bux And are you including shipping charges? IF your at Hobby Lobby and buy them there, you don't have to pay postage. Quote: And are you including shipping charges? I was thinking that as well, but I have never just ordered 2x2s. I like to combine items to save on shipping. Regardless, you have to think of shipping when you mail order.

Well when I order I will always have more in the basket tat it makes the shipping problems no big deal. The ANA discount I get from Wizard offsets the Shipping Most of the time as well. No taxes either.
