Coins1989 Valued Member United States 136 Posts	Posted 04/28/2015 10:34 am Anyone else read this publication? I like it better than Coin World, which seems oriented toward the big spenders. NN seems more geared to the average collector filling spaces. NN apparently has an issue with their subscription service. They have farmed it out to a company in Florida. I have subscribed or renewed several times over the years and recently my subscription request gets lost or something. I always wind up calling and ordering over the phone, it's like nothing ever gets processed. Currently I am trying to subscribe after letting my sub lapse- they charged my card late in March, still no sign of my papers. It's a good read, I just wish they'd stop trying to save a dime by letting some disinterested third party handle their subscriber business. Report this Post to the Staff

Coins1989 Valued Member United States 136 Posts	Posted 04/28/2015 1:26 pm Just got off the line with NN customer service, they got my order last week in March, my first issue will be the 5-12 one! This is some subscription service with staff that know nothing about why the delay or what is going on. Krause publications is not doing their readers or themselves any favors by detaching thermselves from servicing their customers like this. Report this Post to the Staff

1893S Pillar of the Community United States 1554 Posts	Posted 04/29/2015 9:20 pm I've subscribed for years. It's nice to receive a coin mag almost every week. Their subscription service has been out of Florida for years. I've never had a problem with delivery. It takes a while (up to 6 weeks) to get a subscription started or if you let it lapse. That's about the same for any magazine subscription. Take a chill pill and relax, they'll get it to you..... Report this Post to the Staff
