This is not graded by any company. I am considering it sending. This one is nicer than the other that returned as a ms 65RB from ANACS. The obverse display a die gouge approximately in the same spot. Maybe it was struck through something? The bottom of the obverse has some black substance. It looks much like tar, but I really am not sure what it is and am afraid to try and remove it. The paper used in the background is white just to give you an idea of the color adjustment that took place in the pictures. What do you think this would grade overall? Thanks.

I would call that a MS-64RB. I don't do too much grading and I think I grade abit low usually. I would say go ahead and send it.

The reverse is amazing, well struck and clean. MS65 RD, I dont' see a trace of brown on that coin.
