It's hard to tell from the pics but it seems theres way too much chatter for anything close to an MS-68 grade.
Rest in Peace

I can't even tell if it's even PL let alone DMPL from your photos. Not knowing what you paid for it, you might end up under water if you were to submit it to PCGS or NGC for grading if you paid more than MS65 money. Better photos depicting the reflectivity of the fields are needed for a more accurate assessment.

I agree with celticsoul. For MS68 the fields would have to be extremely clear from any distracting marks. You coins looks like MS64/65. I even see a few nicks on the cheek. So leaning more towards MS64.

Nothing further is needed to be sure this is neither MS68 nor DMPL. That said, you obviously didn't think so either.

This is just about the cheapest Morgan there is in high grade - a 66 is a little more than $200. Judging from the obverse - larger pics might change my mind - I don't see 66 in this coin's future. And the surfaces would look far different in these images if it had reflectivity as opposed to luster, even if we couldn't determine the true degree of reflectivity.

There is a lot of chatter in the field in front of the face, also on the nose and cheek. MS63 at best. No PL or DMPL
