i know George V nickels are tough to grade because they tend to have been weaker strikes (which is why the crown band looks worn even though it is not).

I would say mid-high AU. not sure about the surface though, Looks wiped

Oh Yes..!! This is a nice one.. "a little too busy" in the obv fields keeps this from BU60.

..so I'll give it an AU58...so so close, It's really..really close to an unc coin..

I would say AU, but could be a 40-45 if not a weak strike, I am still learning these coins. The surface looks too nice, either it is the lighting or cleaned/whizzed, which might explain the scratches.

Oh...!! It's not whizzed or cleaned.. a perfectly normal weak strike..,..and just look at those perfect rims..

... It just spent a week or 2 in someones pocket way back in 28 ..before being put aside..

It's a great 28..!!

Your right Dev it's not cleaned or whizzed. It's a original coin that has not been cleaned. I also agree it's AU and has been lightly circulated. Thanks for your opinions.
