I would appreciate some thoughts, grade and comments on this one as I am thinking about either NGC or PCGS for this coin, but not sure if it will be graded due to Specimen case storage.

My plan is to keep for now, but potentially sell in the future to pickup some MS coins instead of SP.

Trying to grade toned high grade SP coins from a picture probably won't be accurate. I'll guess SP66. As far as TPG grading, as long as the coin doesn't have any foreign particles attached to the surface from the packaging it should be fine.
