My guess would be ICCS MS 64, and I would not be surprised if they gave it a RED

ICCS does not give that grade very often... usually once the coin gets to Red-Brown or Lustrous Brown, it drops to MS-63... it must be stunning in hand. That is a coin that PCGS would probably grade MS-65 Red-Brown.

I agree that a 64 in RB was traditionally hard to achieve from ICCS and you'd be hard pressed to see it in old holders but I've also recently got two large cents back from ICCS graded in 64 RB. Could ICCS be relaxing their color bias?

That I've noticed too. I guess they have changed ways or this is one gorgeous coin in hand

SPP, it does look great in hand, very clear fields, only a few minor bag marks, nice color from Red to Brown.

I am thinking about sending it in to NGC/PCGS for hard slabbing, but that is a question for my next thread, as I want to get a few coins out of ICCS flips and into something more protective.
