Shes a beauty. The obverse looks flawless. Looks like A little tick between the F and A on the reverse as well as a small nick under the U near the wing. I'm going with PF68. Possibly more if those defects are not actually on the coin

The spot above the F and A was a piece of lint. Sorry about that. And the one next to the wing doesn't look like a scratch under a loop. More like a flaw in the blank that was struck over it. The tops of the "scratch" have been smoothed over. If that's possible.
