I am trying to get better at taking pictures for the site. Also I am trying to get my work on my grading skills. So, I wanted to see what people with a lot more experience than me graded this. I apologize in advance for the pictures.

Even though obverse photo is a bit blurry , I'm seeing a nicely struck Franklin . the reverse is also nice. NO FBL but that's ok. bumping it up to MS-63.

Thank you for helping out. Sorry about the obverse picture. I tried to get one that wasn't blurry but couldn't get my camera to take a good picture.

It may make MS-62, but the top picture is pretty blurry, so it may be higher or lower.
