Is this a genuine 1914 D Wheat cent? I've compared it to images of real ones, but I'm sort of new to coin collecting, so I'm not sure. I know it's been cleaned though, which makes me think it might be real.

It looks real to me.
Except for being cleaned it's actually a nice example.

I am not seeing anything that screams fake to me. As younoted, definitely cleaned. But still a nice coin if you get a good price on it.
