I'd agree with a "net grade" problem-free MS-60.

Late to the party but I was somewhere between au58 (hairlines) to a high of an ms63.

I can understand their grade of ms60 though due to the hairlines.

PCGS would grade it Unc details (cleaning).

Net grading SUCKS---especially if it is not attributed.

Net grading is fine.

In this case, it's a rather nice coin (MS63ish without the hairlines), but with enough hairlines to make it borderline cleaned. A net grade of MS-60 is appropriate in this case, in my opinion. Treating the slight mis-handling of the coin as if the hairlines were heavy bagmarks instead.

Thanks for your grades and opinions.
In hand this dollar is actually very nice. I purposely tried to post a picture that would show any defects this coin may have to get your opinions. Thank you.
In hand or with a 10X loupe I cannot see the hairlines. I can only see them in a picture. Using the loupe you can see there is lustre on the devices and even a light obverse cameo. Looks like the coin has had a light wipe or was subject to cabinet friction. I don't think it's been cleaned as it still has original lustre.
ICCS never gave it a "details" grade and I have to agree with them that I don't think it deserves a details attribution. Instead ICCS down graded it to a MS60 because of the light rub/hairlines. In this coins case I think it was the correct way to grade it.
Thanks again for all your opinions as there always appreciated.
