Is it a bad blank, plating, Cud?

Seems like the copper is folded over the rim or something.

Dimes are plated. They are clad. I'm not sure on this one.

I'll toss this out there: maybe an uneven clad planchet that had a bit of a fin that got rolled over in areas?

Looks to me like a strikethrough where the strikethrough didn't get away. Maybe a piece of delaminated planchet?

It does look 'foilish' and it is both the clad and copper that are 'folded' over.

Wish I had a more distinct description to put on the 2x2.

Yea, I'm going to keep it.
