I think it is a Roman coin of Valentinian I or II

It's definitely from one of the Valentinians, and Victory advancing on the reverse. Most likely a SECVRITAS REIPVBLICAE type of Valentinian I, though I can't read the reverse legend clearly enough to confirm this.
