If I'm the buyer, I clearly have the budget and trust in shipping services to simply send it in to be certified the moment it hits my doorstep. It appears to have the polish marker, so it's pretty much a slam dunk - those which did not have the reverse lacked the polish marker. Depending on grade, it may not be super profitable if resold, but it's still a coin that commands a respectable price. If I'm the seller, I'm pretty happy. $4800 is not a bad return, less the expenses on purchasing the thing in the first place. Report this Post to the Staff
Broken-Coin Pillar of the Community United States 1812 Posts	Posted 06/10/2015 12:35 am The more I look at the packaging at the left side of the Cent, my gut says the Dollar coin was moved/tampered with just enough to view the tail feather's without opening the original packaging... I would love to have access to the package and see for myself how much movement of both coins is possible, only because the space between both coins are not sealed... For the new owner I hope it is the pattern and not a circulation strike.. Report this Post to the Staff
