mountainman 2 Valued Member United States 351 Posts	Posted 06/06/2015 05:48 am I found this last night in a MWR. All the engraving was done by hand, you can see all the tooling marks. mountainman 2 Valued Member United States 351 Posts	Posted 06/07/2015 12:46 pm I'm guessing it's world war 1 era. There's a little bit of original mint luster on the obverse. I'm guessing it was mounted in a bezel and that's where the coin made contact. I'm still going with it standing for World Peace. Someone else on another forum suggested it might have stood for Women's Peace Crusade, a early 20th century british womens movement but why would that be engraved on an american coin.
