That's known as a "poor man's" Double Die or a 1955/5. On the true double die, all the numbers are offset, doubly struck.

Don't worry eventually you will get the hang of it, knowing whats a true double die, and whats known as a "poor man's" Die. A true Double die is when all the obverse the Date and mint mark, word liberty, and the words In God We Trust, is Doubled. This looks exactly like the one I found it was a 1953/3 penny, in turns out to be a poor mans die, Ya I thought I had something to. So don't give up buddy your doing just fine.
