biokemist6 Bedrock of the Community United States 12437 Posts	Posted 08/29/2008 11:38 am The mintage figures for the Bald Eagle coins are not finalized yet because they are still on sale- the program has a time limit(end of the year) and a total mintage limit across all products of 750,000 but demand dictates how many are actually minted. As of Aug 10, the mintage for the uncirculated half is 84,097 individuals plus another 22,757 in the Young Collectors Set(total of 106,854) and the mintage for the proof half is 156,910 individuals and another 25,000 in the three coin commem proof set(total of 181,910). Obviously, these numbers will go up before the end of the year. Actual mintage figures are not available on the Mint's website. My source is Weekly Mint Statistics from Numismatic News.
