I picked this one up as a US colonial type. This denomination and year has been documented at dig sites linked to colonial era buildings, so I thought it was fitting. It's also a nice coin in its own right. Only Irish coin in my collection at present.

Thanks for all the comments and complements! It's not a perfect coin but I do like it a great deal and probably will have a tough time upgrading!

Amida, that find is part of what I base my colonial type set on, including this coin!
