The glare is not working for you. Diffuse the light and it will remove the glare. (depending on your light source, you may use white paper/papers, rice paper, white plastic grocery bag. The light you are using is too strong, so you may need two sheets of paper to remove the glare)

first I made a mistake, there is a 1964D in one of the pictures above, here are the best two I could get, using a loupe,cellphone and printing paper. haha

the 59-D MM look like Wexler rpm-003 to me, and the 64d looks like wrpm-007
