The second coin is what is known as a "false shekel". They very crudely copy the design of coins of ancient Israel struck during the First Jewish Revolt in AD 66-70. This website tells their story.
The first coin is too blurry to see properly, but from the portrait visible in the first pic, I would assume that it's a "tourist copy" of an ancient Greek coin.
