EF details coin, has enviro damage based on pix. Reverse shows the typical weak spot due to strike. This is a pretty nice coin but it needs to have a little resto work to get the crud off of it. Do not clean it ,do restore it.

Nice Newfoundland large cent,
EF-40
Use some of Bad Thad's VC to get the crud off, great stuff.

I'll say split grade, with obverse showing AU sharpness but reverse in a lower EF grade, possibly due to striking weakness. Overall, EF-45.
