Coinfrog Bedrock of the Community United States 94367 Posts	Posted 08/28/2015 4:55 pm Clearly many of the scratches are on the holder, as they extend beyond the edge of the coin. Beyond that, I am not convinced it is AT. Adjusting for flash differences, the "toning" seems to be similar on both sides. I'm guessing this could be a 62/63RB. Report this Post to the Staff

This doesn't have the characteristics of album toning or slow long environmental kind of toning that will get a straight grade. Most likely cleaned in the past and that's why the toning has taken on this splotchyness. I would be curious to see if that line on the neck is a scratch or is it struck through debris?
